ASA认为，费迪南德1月份的账号发帖有为“士力架”做广告嫌疑，例如，"Really getting into the knitting!!! Helps me relax after high-pressure world of the Premiership."、"Can't wait 2 get home from training and finish that cardigan"、"Just popping out 2 get more wool!!!"、"Cardy finished. Now 4 the matching mittens!!!"和"You're not you when you're hungry@snickersUk?hungry?spon ..."
除了文字，费迪南德还发了自己吃士力架的照片。尽管ASA认为费迪南德的推特确实有做广告、被赞助的嫌疑，但不足以说明是在刻意进行广告活动，因此不会采取进一步行动。
